Job Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to work outside
- Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, rules, and regulations established by Penske management
- Must adhere to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies including correct use of tools and PPE
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Ability to maintain a current driver qualification file including annual MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History
- Willingness to work required schedule, location, complete employment application, background screening, drug screening and physical as required by DOT, and potential travel for training

Job Duties
- Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections including checking tires, fluids, and basic maintenance
- Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates
- Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing, replacing, or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenance
- Completing projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor
