Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- Familiarity with ticket-based work management systems preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site at Philadelphia supply chain location
- Prior experience in fleet management preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate the repair lifecycle of vehicles from repair request to return to service
- Work with supply chain partners and various external vendors including maintenance and towing companies
- Update Zipcar’s platform daily with vehicle repair status, ETAs, and close out completed tickets
- Secure in-fleet units including requesting, branding, key tethering, and up-kitting
- Schedule defleet units for disposal
- Manage tickets and notifications from customers and internal teams to assign to associates and vendors
- Maintain timely communication to keep all parties organized and on schedule
