Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with third-party vendors
  • Familiarity with ticket-based work management systems preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site at Philadelphia supply chain location
  • Prior experience in fleet management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with third-party vendors
  • Experience with online ticket-based workflows preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs
  • Background in fleet management preferred
  • Logistics background preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the repair lifecycle of vehicles from repair request to return to service
  • Work with supply chain partners and various external vendors including maintenance and towing companies
  • Update Zipcar’s platform daily with vehicle repair status, ETAs, and close out completed tickets
  • Secure in-fleet units including requesting, branding, key tethering, and up-kitting
  • Schedule defleet units for disposal
  • Manage tickets and notifications from customers and internal teams to assign to associates and vendors
  • Maintain timely communication to keep all parties organized and on schedule
