- Proficiency in systems management software

- Prior automotive, fleet coordination, and customer service experience is a plus
- Expert-level knowledge and adaptability in using various systems management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate, recognize, and define problems while formulating solutions
- Effective interaction with customer executives, managers, and vendors
- Decisiveness with the ability to discern issues that need referral to a supervisor
- Flexibility in working weekends
Job Duties
- Ascertain vehicle servicing and repair need by reviewing daily inspection records and examining service schedules
- Coordinate with repair vendors and wash vendors as needed
- Coordinate on-road vehicle recovery in case of accident or maintenance issues
- Negotiate with repair shops on the cost of recommended repairs when needed
- Provide purchase orders for maintenance repairs and obtain necessary approvals
- Enter purchase orders into the MMIS system and verify warranty coverage
- Maintain automotive service records including driver and vendor correspondence and planned corrective actions
- Audit vendor invoices for accuracy and process prompt payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors
- Manage fuel card and RFID card assignments
- Coordinate delivery and state inspections of new fleet assets
- Coordinate installation and repair of onboard technology on fleet vehicles
- Coordinate with the Director of Maintenance when necessary
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by General Manager
