- BS or BA in chemistry or related science preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and compound flavor samples for customers, chemists, applications, QC, and regulatory teams in a timely and organized manner
- operate and maintain specialized lab equipment, including homogenizers and spray dryers
- collaborate with Flavorists to resolve formula differences and support development projects
- maintain accurate records, prepare graphs and charts, and ensure all samples are properly documented
- keep laboratory supplies stocked and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- produce pilot batch orders for customers
- adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, EPA, DOT, OSHA)
- participate in safety audits and training sessions
- ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
