Job Description
Roehl Transport is a distinguished transportation company renowned for its commitment to driver satisfaction and operational excellence in the freight and logistics industry. With a strong presence in the Midwest and beyond, Roehl specializes in providing reliable and consistent freight services including dry van, reefer, and flatbed options. The company prides itself on offering a driver-first approach, ensuring balance, predictability, and competitive pay for CDL-A drivers who seek a career that accommodates their lifestyle and professional growth. Roehl Transport is dedicated to maintaining clear communication with its drivers, advanced load planning, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality service. This focus has earned Roehl a respected reputation among freight customers and a trusted place for drivers looking for stability, career development, and home time consistency.
The role of CDL-A Driver at Roehl Transport is geared towards highly motivated individuals who desire to work with a company that values both their professional skills and personal life. Drivers are given the opportunity to haul a variety of freight types including steel, lumber, machinery, and specialized flatbed cargoes, primarily throughout the Midwest and nationwide depending on the position. Roehl offers both Regional and Over-The-Road (OTR) driving positions, providing flexibility to align work schedules with personal needs. Drivers benefit from weekly home time on regional routes, predictable resets, and a dynamic pay plan that rewards performance and productivity. Roehl provides full training, including cargo securement for flatbed drivers, regardless of previous experience in that segment. By joining Roehl, drivers can expect to operate late-model trucks supported by 24/7 maintenance services, and enjoy policies that allow them to have riders or pets accompany them, making the journey more comfortable.
An attractive aspect of working at Roehl is the company's commitment to driver safety and well-being through comprehensive benefits packages that include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan featuring company matching and profit sharing contributions. Additional earning opportunities include driver trainer roles, performance bonuses, referral incentives, and accident-free pay. Roehl’s Dynamic Pay Plan is uniquely structured to ensure that drivers are compensated fairly relative to the miles driven and their performance on the road. Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent CDL graduate seeking on-the-job training, Roehl Transport offers a welcoming environment designed to help you expand your career skills and succeed long-term.
This full-time position offers weekly earnings of up to $1,930, with pay ranges depending on job type, location, experience, and performance. Roehl Transport maintains an ongoing application process with no deadline, inviting qualified CDL-A Drivers to apply and embark on a rewarding career path. If you are ready to drive for a company that puts your needs and growth first, Roehl Transport offers the tools, support, and compensation to achieve your professional ambitions while maintaining real work-life balance.
