Job Requirements

- Capacity to perform flair bartending tricks safely
- Good physical stamina and coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and work under guidance
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Availability of a YouTube video demonstrating flair skills for prescreening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to perform flair bartending techniques with confidence and skill
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Perform flair bartending tricks such as juggling bottles and flipping shakers to entertain guests
- Assist senior bartenders in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and pantry
- Prepare drinks and mise-en-place under the direction of senior staff
- Take and deliver orders to seated guests using a tray
- Check and deliver stock requisitions to ensure the bar is well supplied
- Participate in maintaining company safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management
