Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating
  • current FAA medical certificate
  • minimum flight hours as specified above
  • ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule
  • ability to work night, day, and overnight shifts
  • must meet physical demands including ability to lift up to 150 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to adhere to company safety protocols and training requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Commercial airplane multi engine land (C-AMEL) certificate
  • valid FAA first or second class medical certificate
  • minimum 2,500 total flight hours
  • at least 1,000 pilot-in-command (PIC) hours
  • minimum 500 cross country flight hours
  • 500 multi-engine hours
  • 100 night flight hours
  • 75 instrument hours (50 actual)
  • willingness and ability to obtain ATP certification within 5 years of employment
  • valid and unexpired driver's license

Job Duties

  • Pilot medical flights safely following all FAA and company regulations
  • coordinate with medical staff and ground dispatch to ensure patient transport efficiency
  • prepare and inspect aircraft prior to flight, including cleanliness and safety checks
  • maintain accurate documentation and flight records
  • communicate shift changes and operational details to incoming crews
  • participate in ongoing training and certification maintenance
  • assist with ground handling tasks such as aircraft de-icing and towing
