Job Requirements
- At least one year of food service or barista experience
- willing to obtain RBS certification within 30 days
- valid Food Handler’s Card or willing to obtain within 30 days
- understand basic food and beverage preparation
- flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of food service or barista experience, ideally in a hotel or resort setting
- possess or willing to obtain RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification within 30 days
- hold or willing to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire
- understand basic food and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by offering knowledgeable, friendly guidance on menu items
- describe and upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and support profitability
- prepare high-quality beverages including espresso drinks, blended beverages, and specialty items using professional equipment
- operate the point-of-sale system, accurately process cash, credit, and room-charge payments, and reconcile transactions with precision
