Job Requirements
- At least one year of food service or barista experience
- Willingness to obtain Responsible Beverage Service certification within 30 days if not already certified
- Valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Ability to maintain professional service standards and pride in guest interactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts

Job Duties
- Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by offering knowledgeable, friendly guidance on menu items
- Describe and upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and support profitability
- Prepare high-quality beverages including espresso drinks, blended beverages, and specialty items using professional equipment
- Operate the point-of-sale system, accurately process cash, credit, and room-charge payments, and reconcile transactions with precision
