Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- excellent customer service skills
- professional appearance and grooming consistent with company standards
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- availability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be available a minimum of two weekends per month
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Assures customers are receiving world class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
- answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and pleasant disposition
- be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
- assist in general office duties that include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to appropriate individuals/departments, and assisting other office positions as needed
- create daily pocket schedules, make signs for all shops
- assist in various projects for members of the leadership team as needed
- development of product knowledge and partners with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
