Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • excellent customer service skills
  • professional appearance and grooming consistent with company standards
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • availability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available a minimum of two weekends per month
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • basic math skills
  • punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assures customers are receiving world class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
  • answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and pleasant disposition
  • be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
  • assist in general office duties that include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to appropriate individuals/departments, and assisting other office positions as needed
  • create daily pocket schedules, make signs for all shops
  • assist in various projects for members of the leadership team as needed
  • development of product knowledge and partners with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
