Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of sales experience
- experience in customer service roles, preferably in fitness
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must be motivated and able to work independently
- comfortable making cold and outbound calls
Job Qualifications
- must be a high-energy, motivated individual
- must demonstrate a capacity for learning quickly
- must demonstrate a capacity to think and operate individually
- must have experience conducting cold calls and closing sales
- must have 1+ years in sales
- must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry
Job Duties
- making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- nurturing leads through the sales process
- making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
- able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
- achieve target KPIs for sales goals
