Job Duties
- Lead generation and club outreach
- appointment setting and facility touring
- new member orientation and assessments
- driving sales for memberships, supplements, personal training, and club amenities
- generating and acquiring corporate sales and Perx Advertising partnerships
- reporting and managing daily KPIs
- onboarding, training, and managing the front desk team through the sales processes
