Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible weekday and weekend shifts including early mornings
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and personal development
- Legal authorization to work and participation in E-Verify program
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and in writing
- Ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Positive and passionate attitude towards fitness and wellness
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative work ethic
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- Comfortable using phone and computer for member communication and follow-ups
Job Duties
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers
- Working at the front desk including answering phones and interacting with members
- Giving studio tours to potential members
- Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first workouts
- Selling memberships to support studio growth
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling member concerns professionally to achieve resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring the studio is clean and organized
- Performing all other duties as assigned
