- CPR and AED certification
- Experience leading group fitness classes
- Passion for motivating others
- Fitness certification or relevant degree preferred
- Insurance or willingness to obtain liability insurance
- Availability for weekday evenings and/or Saturday mornings

Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun fitness classes
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
