Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid certification required or to be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Certified Group Exercise Instructor credential required or to be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year of group exercise class experience preferred

Job Duties
- Teach group exercise classes and small group trainings
- Perform resident fitness center orientations, conduct assessments, and demonstrate equipment usage
- Welcome and direct residents in the wellness/fitness area and help with coordinating wellness events, activities and meetings
- Assist Fitness Manager with general maintenance, cleanliness and reporting conditions with exercise equipment in the fitness center and wellness area
