Job Requirements
- Continual standing, walking, and bending down during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability during evenings, weekends, and May through September for outdoor duties
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of POS and scheduling systems

Job Duties
- Greeting members and guests
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering their questions
- Checking members into the system
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments and making reservations
- Using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintaining beverage station and towel station
- Maintaining laundry
- Assisting in cleaning the fitness center, locker rooms, and equipment
