Job Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in retail, Med-Spa, membership-based services, or similar
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet every client warmly upon arrival and departure
- manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes in accordance with company policies
- provide clear and accurate information regarding services, packages, retail products, and promotions
- address client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV's customer service and safety standards
- actively promote SEV services, packages, memberships, and retail products
- identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades
- support clinic sales goals through consistent client engagement and follow-through
- maintain strong knowledge of services, pricing, and current promotions
- leverage prior sales experience to drive conversions and client retention
- accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments with strong attention to detail
- answer phone calls promptly using elevated phone etiquette
- monitor and respond to office emails and voicemail messages
- utilize SEV booking and client-management systems efficiently
- partner with leadership to ensure smooth scheduling flow and daily operations
- open and close the clinic in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and work area
- assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as needed
- monitor inventory levels and notify leadership when supplies are low
- support overall clinic operations as directed by management
