Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role preferred
- Strong knowledge of fish and seafood and their preparation

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and values of Mina Group and Mina's Fish House
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times
- Maintain clean and organized workstations consistent with the restaurant's philosophy and standards of excellence
- Recognize or seek areas for staff and restaurant improvement and offer positive solutions
- Operate daily in the restaurant with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative
- Understand all restaurant programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation, and relationships with all business partners
