Job Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • english reading, writing and math skills required
  • lifts and transports up to 60 lbs
  • frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work area
  • possible job hazards include slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • walks and stands during entire shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to lead and train team members
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math, reading, and writing skills

Job Duties

  • follows recipe guidelines
  • knows menu items specific to position
  • adheres to location appearance guidelines
  • acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
  • all product cooked and served according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation practices
  • maintains work area
  • practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
  • thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
  • employs good safety and sanitation practices
  • adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
  • displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
  • always on time and ready to perform all required duties
  • helps fellow team members whenever necessary
  • reports to culinary management
  • assists in delegating work assignments to Concessions Cooks and oversees completion of tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • assists in training and guiding Concessions Cook on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc
  • maintains and/or delegates cleanliness and sanitation practices in Concessions stands and oversees completion of daily food temperature log
