Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must obtain or be willing to obtain a security guard card
- Basic English literacy and communication
- Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
- Participate in screening process including drug screening and background checks
- Knowledge of security operations
- Customer service and leadership skills
- Good communication abilities
- Bilingual applicants encouraged
- Must have or be able to obtain a SIDA badge
- Ability to acquire custom seal
- Flexibility to work various shifts including non-scheduled hours
Job Qualifications

- Capable of following instructions and accepting feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo screening including drug tests and background checks

- Bilingual preferred
- Possession of SIDA badge
- Ability to acquire custom seal
- Flexibility to work scheduled and unscheduled hours
Job Duties
- Assist airlines and clients with baggage handling
- Offload luggage and fix luggage handles for passengers
- Assist clients and passengers with baggage-related requests
- Handle oversized luggage including transport and placement
- Promote safety by being alert and reporting hazards
- Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements
- Participate in safety training and follow procedures
- Interact professionally with clients, passengers, and employees
- Maintain communication with agents and managers
- Stand upright throughout shifts and use proper body mechanics
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Follow all Prosegur, TSA, CBP and airport regulations
