Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse license active in state of practice
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
- Minimum 18 months experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit
- Ability to not hold concurrent position at MercyOne facility
- Willingness to travel nationwide for assignments
Job Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
- Ability to work with flexibility and adapt to diverse clinical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Select and complete travel nursing assignments in specialty areas such as Step-Down, PCU, Telemetry, Medical Surgical, Med/Surg Telemetry, and Float Pool
- Maintain current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in various healthcare settings
- Obtain and maintain American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions between facilities
- Utilize the support of a dedicated concierge team to facilitate assignment placement and travel logistics
- Manage compliance with state licensure and certification requirements
