Job Requirements
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in the state where you wish to practice
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 18 months of recent experience for Medical Surgical Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit positions
- Cannot hold a concurrent position at a MercyOne facility
- Willingness to travel and relocate for assignments
- Ability to comply with all healthcare facility policies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications

- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality nursing care in specialty areas such as Step-Down, PCU, Progressive Care, Telemetry, Medical Surgical, Med/Surg Tele, and Float Pool
- Manage patient assessments, care planning, and implementation effectively
- Maintain compliance with state nursing board regulations and healthcare facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Document patient status and care processes accurately
- Participate in ongoing education and skills development
- Support patients and families through compassionate and patient-centered care
