Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Similar customer service experience preferred
- Enjoy the game of golf and understand the importance of group guidelines
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors
- Desire to maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
- Demonstrates initiative and good judgment
- Able to achieve high work standards with attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of Bluestar Resort & Golf to support company goals
- Check in with the manager on duty to learn about day's activities and course conditions
- Set up the welcome area with guest amenities and ensure communication devices are operational
- Welcome guests and provide practical safety information about golf carts and course rules
- Maintain a flow of players onto the golf course while recording tee times and player details accurately
- Keep the welcome area clean and restock amenities when time allows
- Coordinate with Guest Service Professionals and Golf Shop staff to stay updated on schedule changes and player needs
