Job Duties
- Greeting and registering patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner
- Communicating with internal departments regarding patient needs
- Handling difficult or escalated patient concerns and providing positive solutions
- Participating in the patient-informed consent process
- Ensuring the atrium area is clean and visually appealing to patients, and that food items are fully stocked and available at all times
- Collecting and entering patient's insurance information into the database
- Verifying patient insurance information and demographics
- Collecting payments for drops, surgeries and/or account balances
- Exceeding our patient's expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy
