Job Requirements
- High school diploma, certification, GED, training or experience required
- Three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety in food handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Safety Certification obtained within six months of hire

Job Duties
- Oversees food preparation and production for patient and guest meals
- Ensures compliance with standardized recipes and daily production charts
- Maintains food quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness
- Follows HACCP procedures and food safety standards
- Uses standard food preparation equipment, utensils, and measuring devices appropriately
- Supports department goals and objectives
- Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth food service operations
