Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience preferably in an American-French cooking environment
- Serv-Safe certified a plus
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper food handling sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work a 50-hour workweek
- must be reliable punctual and comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings weekends holiday
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and produce all food items for sale in the retail stand following established recipes and quality standards
- Take full ownership of assigned station including organization preparation and cleanliness
- Ensure that all menu items are prepared on time and meet Wilson Farm's high standards for taste presentation and safety
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist other stations as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all food safety sanitation and workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area ensuring proper rotation and storage of ingredients
- Actively contribute to a positive and respectful team culture
