- previous experience in a food service environment preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks required for food preparation

Job Duties
- uphold Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures
- observe appropriate food handling techniques and personal hygiene standards
- requisition or procure food supplies according to guidelines
- prepare conventional and convenience foods according to production sheets and standing orders
- replenish food items as needed
- clean and decontaminate patient care and work area stations
- sanitize cooking utensils and manage washing and disposal processes
