- Is a skilled culinarian capable of performing all production tasks efficiently and with minimal instruction or supervision

- Demonstrates the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and safety

Job Duties
- Assist Lead Cook by anticipating needs and requesting supplies to ensure timely production
- Lead small groups in task accomplishment
- train, monitor, support, and work with assigned personnel to assure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Assist in recipe testing, noting recipe errors and recommending corrections or improvements
- Ensure complete knowledge of and adherence to all department standards including safety, sanitation, and preventive maintenance
- Assist in instruction and training
- Identify all meat, poultry, and fish as received and prepare to department standards
- maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance
- Perform other tasks as requested
