Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for delivery drivers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for order processing

Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- Perform basic food prep tasks like making salads and boxing orders
- Train new Front Crew members in order taking and salad preparation
- Handle common customer disputes with effective communication
- Close the store by completing the closing list and shutting down POS in manager's absence
- Assist in executing a successful kitchen shift by performing assigned roles
- Lead kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Deliver orders to customers politely and efficiently
- Help with store maintenance tasks like trash removal, sweeping, and dishwashing
