Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years management and supervisory experience
  • hotel experience preferred
  • 1-2 plus years experience in a guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
  • college degree preferred
  • intermediate proficiency in word and excel
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • manage housekeeping, front office and food and beverage departments
  • supervise daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • ensure high standards of guest service and suite cleanliness
  • participate in interviewing, hiring and disciplinary processes
  • handle purchasing and payroll submissions for the property
  • maintain compliance with guest satisfaction and quality assurance standards
  • foster teamwork and a professional work environment
