Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years management and supervisory experience
- hotel experience preferred
- 1-2 plus years experience in a guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
- college degree preferred
- intermediate proficiency in word and excel
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and project management skills
- strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- bilingual in Spanish a plus
- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- manage housekeeping, front office and food and beverage departments
- supervise daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- ensure high standards of guest service and suite cleanliness
- participate in interviewing, hiring and disciplinary processes
- handle purchasing and payroll submissions for the property
- maintain compliance with guest satisfaction and quality assurance standards
- foster teamwork and a professional work environment
