Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years management and supervisory experience preferred
  • management experience in the service industry strongly preferred
  • hotel experience preferred
  • 1-2 plus years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
  • college degree preferred
  • intermediate skills in word and excel required
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational, project management, and detail orientation skills
  • ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • strong interpersonal skills and can-do positive attitude
  • bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • ability to work with minimal supervision required

Job Duties

  • Manage housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
  • ensure high quality guest service and suite cleanliness
  • oversee daily hotel operations to meet revenue, profit, and RevPAR goals
  • maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection
  • assist with purchasing and payroll submissions
  • participate in interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary processes
  • foster effective teamwork and uphold professional standards
