Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years management and supervisory experience preferred
- management experience in the service industry strongly preferred
- hotel experience preferred
- 1-2 plus years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
- college degree preferred
- intermediate skills in word and excel required
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational, project management, and detail orientation skills
- ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- strong interpersonal skills and can-do positive attitude
- bilingual in Spanish a plus
- ability to work with minimal supervision required
Job Duties
- Manage housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
- ensure high quality guest service and suite cleanliness
- oversee daily hotel operations to meet revenue, profit, and RevPAR goals
- maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection
- assist with purchasing and payroll submissions
- participate in interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary processes
- foster effective teamwork and uphold professional standards
