Job Duties

  • Display love for God, scripture, and students
  • contribute to a cooperative and collegial atmosphere among teachers and staff
  • respect and uphold school policies and standards as outlined in faculty policies, student handbooks, and faculty training
  • follow the Matthew 18:15-17 model for handling conflicts
  • answer phones and receive visitors
  • assist in first-aid, librarian's needs, office filing and organization, and general office needs
  • assist teachers and staff with preparation and instruction as needed
  • provide additional supervision in classrooms, activities, lunch, and recess as needed
  • provide breaks and support for classroom teachers
  • assist in the daily lunch count, ensure lunch is accounted for, and organize ordered lunch program
