Job Requirements
- minimum age 16 years
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- valid driver’s license and insurance for delivery drivers
- food handler certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior hospitality or food service experience helpful
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to train and lead team members effectively
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
Job Duties
- taking orders and entering them into the system through phone walk-ins drive-thru
- performing basic food prep such as making salads and boxing orders
- training new front crew members and handling customer disputes
- closing the store and shutting down POS when manager is not present
- executing assigned kitchen roles such as dough slapping and oven catching
- ensuring all orders go out timely and beautifully and maintaining kitchen station cleanliness
- delivering orders to customers door and assisting with in-store tasks such as trash removal sweeping and dishwashing
