Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Availability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Job Duties
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills and availability
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling tools
- Collaborate with service, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure job readiness
- Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize technician efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Support field service team with coordination and communication
