Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Availability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Job Duties

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills and availability
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling tools
  • Collaborate with service, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure job readiness
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize technician efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Support field service team with coordination and communication
