Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Must be highly organized and possess an eye for detail
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and be able to work calmly in a fast paced environment
- Must have a positive and professional upbeat personality with a desire to deliver extreme customer service to our guests
- This position requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends
- The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant/hostess experience in an upscale casual dining facility
- This position requires constant standing and walking
- Frequent head turning, bending, squatting, reaching handling and grasping
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Oasis Hotel
- Indoor working conditions in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assists guests to their table and presents menu
- Communicates products and services available at the hotel and convention center
- Keeps in constant communication with servers to ensure all tables are greeted in a timely manner
- Monitors the dining room and keeps an accurate account of clean, seated, and dirty tables
- Assists servers with bussing and resetting tables
- Keeps in contact with Restaurant Manager/Server Lead with regards to business demands
- Maintains current knowledge of specials and features
- Assists servers with guests needs throughout the dining experience, as needed
- Keeps the restaurant clean and organized
