Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Must be highly organized and possess an eye for detail
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive and professional upbeat personality with a desire to deliver extreme customer service to guests
- Flexible schedule with ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk constantly
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical
- Previous restaurant/hostess experience in an upscale casual dining facility preferred

Job Duties
- Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assists guests to their table and presents menu
- Communicates products and services available at the hotel and convention center
- Keeps in constant communication with servers to ensure all tables are greeted in a timely manner
- Monitors the dining room and keeps an accurate account of clean, seated, dirty tables
- Assists servers with bussing and resetting tables
- Keeps in contact with Restaurant Manager/Server Lead with regards to business demands
- Maintains current knowledge of specials and features
- Assists servers with guests needs throughout the dining experience, as needed
- Keeps the restaurant clean and organized
