Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related experience and\/or training
- Experience finishing concrete by hand and trowel machines
- Experience finishing flat concrete slabs
- Willing and able to travel in the DMV and Southeastern regions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols
Job Qualifications

- At least 2 years of related experience and/or training
- Experience finishing concrete by hand and with trowel machines
- Experience finishing flat concrete slabs
- Ability to travel within the DMV area and beyond to Southeastern projects

Job Duties
- Participates in the execution of concrete placement
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training and certification
- Operates hand finishing tools and trowel machines effectively
- Finishes flat concrete slabs with precision
- Handles curing and cutting processes
- Collaborates with team members under the direction of a finisher foreman or lead
