- Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume upscale or upscale restaurant
- Knowledge of local state and federal health and sanitation laws
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent people skills
- Passion for guest service
- Ability to develop others
- Experience with steakhouse preferred
