Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain uniform according to restaurant standards and ensure cleanliness
- Practice positive personal hygiene during all work shifts
- Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guest questions about the restaurant
- Handle guest requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist with duties as needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- Know and follow emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform duties in accordance with standards and procedures in the associate handbook
