Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • Maintain uniform according to restaurant standards and ensure cleanliness
  • Practice positive personal hygiene during all work shifts
  • Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guest questions about the restaurant
  • Handle guest requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
  • Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist with duties as needed
  • Communicate suggestions for improvement positively
  • Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
  • Know and follow emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • Perform duties in accordance with standards and procedures in the associate handbook
