Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous fine dining server or bartender experience is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and liquor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Positive attitude with a genuine approach to hospitality
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as scheduled and maintain required uniform and personal hygiene
  • Exemplify hospitality standards by answering guest questions and handling requests and complaints with guest satisfaction in mind
  • Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist others and communicate improvement suggestions positively
  • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report unsafe conditions
  • Know and execute emergency procedures within the restaurant
  • Perform all duties adhering to the standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
