Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 3 years serving experience in fine dining or dinner service restaurants
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift 35 lbs
- Must work on site
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of serving experience in fine dining or dinner service restaurants
- Certification in alcohol awareness program preferred
- Training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be at least 21 years old to mix and serve alcohol
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Prepare dining room and back of the house area for service
- Welcome guests and attend to their needs throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Possess and demonstrate complete knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Maintain knowledge of daily activities, specials, 86'd items, liquor brands, and sales promotions
- Ensure proper table setups, seating arrangements, and adhere to dress code
- Assist teammates and participate in daily prep work
- Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Uphold professional demeanor and resort policies at all times
