Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift minimum weight of 35 lbs
  • able to stand for entire shift with bending and reaching
  • must work on site
  • pass background check
  • possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • adaptable to fast-paced environment
  • maintain professional demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of serving experience in fine dining or table service restaurant
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • certification in alcohol awareness program preferred
  • training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • good to excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • able to perform basic mathematical calculations

Job Duties

  • Prepare dining room and back of house for service
  • welcome and attend to guests throughout their dining experience
  • maintain cleanliness and immaculate areas
  • demonstrate complete knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • ensure guest satisfaction in assigned sections
  • perform daily preparation and table maintenance
  • assist teammates and contribute to team environment
