Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift minimum weight of 35 lbs
- able to stand for entire shift with bending and reaching
- must work on site

- maintain professional demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of serving experience in fine dining or table service restaurant
- minimum 21 years of age
- certification in alcohol awareness program preferred
- training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- good to excellent communication skills in English
- ability to work independently and in a team
- able to perform basic mathematical calculations
Job Duties
- Prepare dining room and back of house for service
- welcome and attend to guests throughout their dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and immaculate areas
- demonstrate complete knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- ensure guest satisfaction in assigned sections
- perform daily preparation and table maintenance
- assist teammates and contribute to team environment
