- Ability to work Thursday through Saturday
- Pass a background check
- Ability to memorize and recall menu and wine details
- Strong customer service orientation

- Learning and memorizing the menus and wine lists
- Timing the service of each course

- Having an upbeat and positive attitude
- Being part of a team that encourages and builds each other up
