Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in fine dining service experience
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Hotel experience preferred
- High school diploma preferred
- Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English
- Must have effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to standards
- Explain menu ingredients, preparation techniques, and daily specials
- Recommend meals and wine pairings
- Communicate guest dietary needs and special requests to kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining spaces
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Record transactions accurately in InfoGenesis system
- Assist with setting and bussing tables
- Adhere to FORBES service standards
- Present checks and process payments professionally
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards
- Perform closing duties including restocking and securing assigned areas
