Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and take orders
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Explain ingredients, preparation techniques, and available substitutions
  • Provide meal recommendations and wine pairing suggestions
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, special requests, and dietary needs
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow closing duties
