Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of fine dining service experience
- knowledge of Italian cuisine
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- high school diploma preferred
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work under pressure
- compliance with grooming and uniform standards
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted

Job Duties
- Greet guests according to company and five-star standards
- take accurate food and beverage orders and explain menu items including ingredients and preparation
- provide meal recommendations and wine pairings
- serve food courses and alcoholic beverages promptly
- communicate with kitchen staff regarding special dietary needs, allergies, and order status
- maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- process payments and present accurate checks
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- anticipate and address guest needs
- support team members to achieve common goals
- follow departmental policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
- perform closing duties and restock supplies
- lift and move objects up to 20 pounds safely
- thank guests sincerely for their patronage
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
