Job Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining preferred
- Must fit with Southern Hills Country Club's core values
- Must successfully undergo background check and drug screen
- Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday evenings
- Ability to work at least two shifts per week including one weekend shift
- Ability to provide a neat and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders
- Attend to member and guest needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle payments and gratuities with transparency and accuracy
