Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capacity to stand for long periods and carry trays
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to handle cash accurately
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- ability to memorize menu items and ingredients

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodate reasonable guest requests and note preferences including knowledge of specialized diets and allergens
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correctly delivered and special requests fulfilled
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain professionalism with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests
- promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisors
- ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
