Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury service settings
- Ability to adhere to professional dress and grooming standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, private events, or upscale catering preferred
- Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service flow
- Polished appearance and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a service team
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Job Duties
- Provide attentive, high-touch service during plated meals, cocktail receptions, and formal dining events
- Execute fine dining service standards, including proper table settings, tray handling, and guest interaction
- Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm, professional presence
- Collaborate closely with culinary teams, bartenders, and event managers to ensure flawless service
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized service environment
