Job Requirements
- Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
- Ability to move quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room
- Ability to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods of 4 hours or more with a high energy level
- Able to lift 15-30 pounds and move swiftly between dining room and kitchen for up to 4 hours
- Previous bartending, serving, or customer service experience
- Demonstrate basic math skills
- Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of basic sanitation
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Greet guests within 1 minute of being seated
- Lead guests through all aspects of the dining experience
- Provide gracious and professional food and beverage service in an efficient manner
- Answer questions, suggestively sell, and create an upbeat atmosphere for guests
- Be knowledgeable of the menu, brands, prices, options, and promotions
- Take guest beverage and food orders and input orders accurately in the point-of-sale system
- Communicate all allergy and dietary restriction information clearly on tickets
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
- Clear plates at the appropriate time and ask for help when needed
- Crumb the table when appropriate
- Ensure the serving station is well-stocked
- Present the check and handle all transactions accurately
- Keep table areas and bar clean, orderly, and stocked
- Clear and reset tables
- Give every table a sincere thank you and farewell
- Respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
- Conduct oneself professionally with guest awareness
- Maintain a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
